Great Community and easy way find parking
|Recommended: YesWelcoming and Safe — It reminds me of my home town in North Carolina good atmosphere and greenery.
|Recommended: YesI've lived here for 2 years and I have no complaints, which is so rare when you live in a medium to large sized complex. The office staff always remembers my name, the grounds are kept well, and I really like the larger sized living rooms here since most of our time is spent there. Washer and dryer hookups are a plus too, but there's also a laundry room on site.
We'll keep living here until we're ready to buy a home.
|Recommended: YesOutstanding — My fiance and I have lived there for a few years now and love it. We don't want another apartment. Guest parking can be a little difficult sometimes, however it always gets worked out. The apartments are quiet and we rarely hear anyone, and most neighbors are respectful of the quiet hours. Grounds are beautiful except during winter. My only complaint is more salt in the parking lot and the bottom of the steps. Other that they are always great Maintenance is friendly and follow through with request Sometimes there's a delay on fixes. Love the management. Always helpful and nice Willing to work with you on difficult situations. My fiance and I have never lived in another apartment complex so it's difficult to compare. I've heard horror stories about others that made me nervous to move away from home, but I really do love it here. It's peaceful and beautiful, and everyone is so nice. I've even gotten my sister and friends to move in
|Recommended: YesClean and well kept apartments. — I like the location and the feel of the apartment. There is a ton of natural light and the vaulted ceilings really make the space feel open.

|Recommended: YesVery helpful and timely. — I insisted we move back here after living in other places in the area and just having a horrible experience because I knew that needs would be taken care of quickly and respectfully here. the whole staff here seems to really care about the quality of living which really matters especially when you are stuck at home.

|Recommended: YesAspen Hills A delightful hidden gem on the East Side. — Aspen Hills is a unique complex. A noticeably older property, yet well maintained that offers charm all around. My Apartment is very spacious, the location is conveniently near shops in Sugarhouse and surrounding areas, the property is very pet friendly, and the rent here is indisputably affordable considering how horrific rental costs are in Salt Lake County right now .
Lastly the Office staff Stephanie Paige have been absolutely amazing. They are cordial, responsive, sympathetic, professional, and unbelievably pleasant to deal with. The maintenance staff Eddie, Josh, and Tyler always show up promptly, are extremely efficient, and friendly cordial the moment I open the door for them. Thank you for the help gentlemen

|Recommended: NoNeighbors are loud as hell — Neighbors constantly slam doors, scream and have fights. Maintenance never fixes anything and just closes the tickets.
I'm sorry your neighbors haven't been quiet. You can always call the office to speak to management about your concerns and options to help with after hours noise complaints. As for maintenance there has been many communication errors and ever changing policies due to COVID this year. We apologize for this and hope we can speak to you about them and get your work orders done in a timely manner.
|Recommended: YesWe love our new home — Its such a great community here, we live in the townhouses and we've met so many of our neighbors and they are all so wonderful and make us feel so welcomed. Our friends live here and love it and we can see why. Also Stephanie is amazing, she is easy to talk too, she works with you and really cares about her residents.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to lease — Parking is always easy. there are a lot of big trees it makes it feel less like a sprawling apartment complex. I love the big dog run area and it tends to be clean. great central location. and reasonavle lease rates.
