|Recommended: YesAffordable, Kind Management Staff — The management staff here is responsive and kind. Rent is affordable, which I very much appreciated while I was living there. You can't hear your neighbors at all. I've never rented elsewhere, but I hear this is a common issue with apartments.

|Recommended: YesI love it here — The moment we drove in I really felt a good sense of home, like we could stay here for a good while. We had planned to move out of state but my career took a different path and we were lucky to find this place. The community is friendly and kind while the staff is very professional and responsive to the needs of people. Not to mention, the apartments are so comfortable feeling and the vaulted ceilings are a huge plus

|Recommended: YesThis is a nice place to live with a family. Our fur babies like it as well. Management is great and easy to work with, and we've never had an issue to arise regarding maintenance. We've had 2 apartments here, and have recommended this place to friends as well. Amenities for everything. A nice tucked away place.

|Recommended: YesFirst Time Experience — Overall as our first apartment the experience has been great. The only downside has been getting Maintenance to be helpful whenever we bring up concerns

|Recommended: YesBest place we have lived in SLC — For the price, friendly neighbors staff, and location..we couldn't be happier Any issue we have had has been dealt with in a kind and timely manner. The previous place we lived was very quick to judge us and felt very unwelcoming. There a lot of sweet dogs around, sometimes can smell a little like dog pee but nothing that is too overbearing. Stephanie is the BEST
