|Recommended: YesI love living at Willow Glen It's tucked away in an area with lots of beautiful trees. There's an open, common area where happy kids play and the friendly manager does a great job keeping things well-maintained. Plus it's affordable, which is a rare thing nowadays.

|Recommended: NoOld — These apartments are old. Tile breaking, creaky flooring, not sound proof. The walls are difficult to hang from because the drywall is so flimsy. The manager keeps changing. As long as I’ve lived here 2 years they’ve changed 4 times.
The apartments were built in 1974 they are not new, thats correct. They have aged over time and we do our best to up keep them with tenants placing work orders and updating them during the make ready process. We don't like to have tenants move-out at the end of thier lease just to revamp the apartment, as many of our tenants have made Willow Glen thier home for many of years. Our managers are on-site managers and many have been promoted to bigger communites with-in our management group and still work for our company, while others have gone on to buy homes. We are sorry you feel this way and highly encourage you to reach out to the manager so she can address your issues.

|Recommended: NoCanceled work orders, unorganized, limited parking, new manager constantly — I've had several work orders that needed to be taken care of and they were canceled instead because management maintenance didn't know if they did them or not yet... New resident manager every few months to a year max it seems.
I am so sorry Kody and Teila and as, I, the new manager, maintenance and corporate all get use to the new software system we are experiencing some short falls we are trying to work through. Please don’t hesitate to let us know when work orders are not finished as it helps improve our day to day with the system. I can call my maintenance team in the morning to come out. You can call our Emergency maintenance team tonight to get someone over there tonight. The number is 801-841-4572.
