|Recommended: YesI think the property is great — I would tell them it is great living here, there is only one big dumpster and it is all the way in the back of the complexes. I do wish that there was one more garbage bin near the front of the buildings so we didn't have to always walk to the one big dumpster but ultimately I enjoy my time here.

|Recommended: YesExceptional Apartment Community I loved living there — I lived at Fairbrook Apartments for two years and hated to leave The apartment manager, Sarah, was exceptional Anytime I needed a repair or help with an administrative issue, she always responded promptly. She really cares about the residents and works very hard to keep the complex running well. The residents are kind and make it feel like a real community. Everyone looks out for each other and is very nice and respectful. Also, I loved living in a CENTRALLY located aparttment that was also super safe. One time I came home at 11 pm and a security guard was just leaving so they do a great job of keeping the property and it's residents safe and secure. The complex is surrounded by big beautiful trees and a running stream in the back that I loved listening to through my open window. It was very peaceful and quiet and the surrounding nature made it a warm and inviting place. Inside, the apartments are clean, roomy, light filled and comfortable I loved having a big kitchen counter to do my baking on I have lived in several apartment complexes around the city and, by far, this is the best one I would recommend them to anyone

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment in wonderful location — I love my spacious apartment on the eastside with great views of the mountains, and it is centrally located close to great shopping and restaurant. It is a quiet complex with a great manager, and it has been a pleasure living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location — We've really enjoyed living here, the apartments are perfect for my husband and my needs. They are well kept up and very reasonable priced. We love the Holladay area and this place allows us to be in the center of things without paying an arm and a leg.

|Recommended: YesGreat community and reasonably priced — We love our apartment and enjoy the convenience of proximity to many places from shopping, rec center, park and schools. Great place to live and not over priced. When living the apartment life, you must anticipate that you may hear noise from your neighbors, especially when they have children and be willing to tolerate noise that can't be avoided. During the quiet times we rarely hear noise from any neighbors and the property management is great about reminding the community when there are issues. Overall it's a great community.

|Recommended: YesGreat place, except for noise. — Overall our experience here has been wonderful, aside from the noise from neighbors. There is a quiet hours time from 10 pm to 8 am that no one really seems to follow. It may be that we are stuck in the middle floor of the building, but the noise is almost unbearable. The staff here is lovely, the grounds are kept beautifully, everyone seems to follow all the rules except for the noise rule. And living in an apartment you'd think that people would have the courtesy not to blast their television and radio, but that's not the case. Kids run through the stairways, we've even had kids doorbell ditch us a few times before. But all together, we've been here for four years and it's definitely home to us.

|Recommended: YesIt's nice, wish it had balconies — Mostly quiet. Nice access to nearby restaurants, stores, and recreation. Some sketchy characters here and there smoking in the parking lot or by the dumpster. Wish I could pay rent with a credit card without getting backstabbed by convenience fees.

Also, we have multiple payment options available for paying rent through Resident Portal that have lower convenience fees than credit cards such as e-check and money orders. |Recommended: YesFairBrook Apartments... — The community is nice, and the location is pretty good. It's a super easy and quick walk to a nearby park and some trails behind the rec center. It's close to downtown Holladay, and it's in a good central location overall. However, unless you live on the 3rd floor which I do not , you are constantly hearing neighbors above you walking or running around, or below you talking loudly at night. Overall, it's a nice place but really bad as far as hearing your neighbors and other outside noises.

|Recommended: YesGoing on 3 years — Been living here 3 years and very pleased with the pricing, considering its location. Maintenance seems to be an ongoing issue with the central air heat but the maintenance team fixed the issues in a timely matter. Overall, I'm satisfied.
