|Recommended: YesRoom for improvement — The only thing is maintenance is slow. The manager is really nice and helpful. And tries to help you but trying to get things fix it takes forever. If it wasn’t for the shooting that goes on from time to time I think they would be nice and if they would actually up date everything the kitchen and bathrooms really need renovating. But they are very spacious and I haven’t seen a roach spider or any type of bug they spray their apartment grounds.

Security rides around faithfully. The apartment’s interior layout is gorgeous😍 IM HAPPY

|Recommended: YesVery Good — By Far These Apartments Are One Of The Best Apartments i Lived at In memphis i really do enjoy how friendly and understanding my landlord Tan is Anytime i need something fix they come out either the same day or next day depends on what needs to be fixed. with the covid -19 going on they are still managing to keep these apartments up to part and clean. i respect that alot how well they care for us as tenants i really love these apartments the only least thing i have to say about these apartments are the material design inside i don't like how the wood floors are grey and the kitchen design are brown it doesnt match but besides that thats it
